Pacific Senior Care Services, LLC owned by Antioch resident Kelly Gonzales, has been selected for the 2016 Best Businesses of Walnut Creek Award in the Home Health Care and Senior Services organizations categories by the Best Businesses of Walnut Creek Award Program. This is the second time since 2014 that Pacific Senior Care Services has been selected for the awards.
Each year, the Best Businesses of Walnut Creek Award Program identifies companies that the organization believes have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and our community. These exceptional companies help make the Walnut Creek area a great place to live, work and play.
Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2016 Best Businesses of Walnut Creek Award Program focuses on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the Best Businesses of Walnut Creek Award Program and data provided by third parties.
“I’m honored to receive these awards, in just our third year of business,” said Gonzales. “We strive to meet elder needs with love and compassion, as our slogan states.”
They place seniors and others in care homes and senior facilities, offer senior care referral services, as well as senior insurance services through their affiliated company.
This is Pacific Senior Care Services fifth award since she formed her business in June, 2014. They also received the 2016 City Beat News Spectrum Award bestowed on companies for their excellence in customer service.

Businesswoman Starts Senior Care Services Company

Seeing a need in the senior care services field, Kelly Gonzales Saleh decided to start another business and launched Pacific Senior Care Services LLC, earlier, this year 2014.
With a background in banking and insurance – she also started and operates Gonzales Insurance Financial Group Inc. – Kelly has combined her knowledge of finance, as well as her compassionate and caring nature to meet the needs of seniors, and others in finding the right level of care.
She works with individuals and their families to determine the best fit for their needs and budget.
Kelly, a bilingual native of Peru, and her team, work with assisted living facilities, in-home care providers, board and care homes for their clients.
In addition, they offer advice and insurance products in the area of long-term care, senior life, retirement and the very sensitive area of funeral pre-need planning.

Pacific Senior Care Services receives 2016 Best Businesses of Walnut Creek Awards

The owner of Pacific Senior Care Services, an elder care placement agency, Kelly Gonzales has decided to open her own independent living home in Antioch.
“It’s a project for the community, focusing on the needs of Antioch residents with limited income, looking for a stable place and some care,” she said. “It will open on January 15th.”
The independent living facility for adults will be staffed by a certified nurse assistant who will be providing some care as needed. The home offers four bedrooms.
Gonzales launched Pacific Senior Care Services LLC in 2014 to help seniors and families by providing a resource to make the right choices, while offering many services for the senior community.
Her company won the 2018 Spectrum Award for excellence in customer service and earned a rating of five out of five stars. The coveted service award was presented City Beat News.
Also, Gonzales was honored with another award at the beginning of 2018 from Global Health and Pharma News, as the Best Senior Care Services Provider 2018 – San Francisco Bay
“It’s impossible for me to forget all the extraordinary people who have played a role in my life since we opened Pacific Senior Care Services,” she said. “I want to thank each one for helping me pursue this project, and giving me the support and guidance to make this vision come true. I am so honored, humble and grateful.”
